Sauce
 1 garlic clove, minced
 28 oz crushed tomatoes
 Salt & Pepper to taste
Meatballs
 1 lb ground meat
 1 egg
 ½ tsp salt
 2 tbsp almond flour
 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
 ¼ tsp pepper

Add sauce ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
