 1 ½ lbs Flank steak
 ½ tsp Ground ginger
 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
 2 tbsp Unflavored gelatin powder
 1 tbsp Blackstrap molasses (or 1/2 tsp pure maple extract)
 ¾ tsp Sea salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 1 tbsp Sesame oil
