 1 cup beef broth
 4 lbs boneless or bone in, beef short ribs cut crosswise into 2 inch pieces
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce homemade
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 3 cloves garlic minced
 1.50 cups onion chopped
 1.50 cups red wine
 pepper
 salt
