Keto salted caramel fat bomb recipe

 2 cups Coconut Flakes
 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
 1 tbsp Monk Fruit
 ½ tsp sea salt

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over low heat.

Add coconut flakes to the pan and mix with the coconut oil. Slowly toast the coconut in the pan until they are light brown.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the coconut cool

Add coconut with sea salt and monk fruit into a blender and blend until converted into a smooth batter
