Cut the stems of your cremini mushrooms and chopped them.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a small/medium size baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
On a frying pan put the butter, minced garlic, and add the chopped stems; fry them for 3 minutes.
On a separate tray mixed your cream cheese, parmesan and add the fried stems.
Before filling your mushrooms, I love to spread garlic butter or olive oil on them, it gives a lovely touch.
Fill your mushrooms with your cheese/stems mixture and placed them in the oven for 20 Minutes
