KETO SCRAMBLE EGG WITH CHEESE RECIPE

 8 Large Eggs
 ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  tsp Salt
  tsp Pepper
 1 tbsp Avocado oil
 ¼ cup Chopped Onion
 ½ cup Chopped Fresh Tomato
Fresh Basil to garnish

In a bowl, mix eggs, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper until blended.

Heat a large nonstick skillet, add the avocado oil. Once is hot, add the egg mixture.

Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs begin to thicken.

Add the tomato and cook until no liquid egg remains, stirring gently.

Sprinkle some tomato slices and chopped basil on top.
