 ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 1 Large Egg
 ¼ cup golden flaxseed meal
 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 10 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Coconut Oil to fry
Salt & Pepper to taste

In a small bowl, beat the egg.

In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, flaxseed meal, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt; mix with a fork.

Dip each cheese stick into the beaten egg and then into the Parmesan cheese mixture. Press the Parmesan mixture into the cheese sticks to coat them evenly on all sides.

Place the breaded cheese sticks on a plate and place in the freezer for
45 Minutes, until the Parmesan crust is firm and fully frozen.

In a small skillet, heat 1⁄2 inch of oil over medium-high heat. When the temperature of the oil reaches 400°F, add the cheese sticks and fry for 2 Minutes, then flip and fry for 1 Minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
