In a small bowl, beat the egg.
In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, flaxseed meal, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt; mix with a fork.
Dip each cheese stick into the beaten egg and then into the Parmesan cheese mixture. Press the Parmesan mixture into the cheese sticks to coat them evenly on all sides.
Place the breaded cheese sticks on a plate and place in the freezer for
45 Minutes, until the Parmesan crust is firm and fully frozen.
Serve with Marinara sauce.
