 1 ½ tsp Mayonnaise
 2 l Large egg yolks
 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
 ½ tsp Lemon juice
 ¼ cup Butter, Melted
Salt to taste

Whisk the egg yolks, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.

Slowly pour the melted butter into the egg yolk mixture while whisking until smooth.

Heat the butter and egg mixture in the microwave for 15 seconds, then whisk well. Microwave for an additional 10 seconds and whisk well.
