Keto Hamburger Soup Recipe


The first time I heard of a Hamburger Soup, I was like no way I'll try that, however, it got interesting once I heard the ingredients and that it was Keto-Friendly.

My perspective towards this Keto Hamburger Soup changed completely once I tried it, Oh My Precious God!! Why didn't I try this before!

This soup is so full of flavor and easy to make you'll want to share the happiness with your entire family.  What can be better than enjoying a yummy dish that is also keeping your waistline on check!

Keto Hamburger Soup

 1 lb ground beef
 ½ cup diced onion
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 2 stalk sliced celery
 3 cloves garlic
 1 can of diced tomatoes
 1 can of tomato sauce
 5 cups Beef Broth
 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
 ½ cup diced green beans
 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
fresh ground pepper & salt to taste
shredded cheddar cheese to garnish

To make the hamburger beef soup recipe: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef to the pot.

Add onion and celery to the pot and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 Minutes.

Cook, breaking up the ground beef with a spoon, until browned and mostly cooked through. Add the garlic and cook for 30 Seconds more

Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and beef broth to the pot; bring to a simmer.

Cook the soup for 30 Minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.

Stir in the green beans and cook for 10 Minutes more.

Garnish with cheese and parsley and serve the hamburger beef soup immediately, topped with more shredded cheese
