Keto Cocoa and Coconut Chaffles

I love making this keto cocoa and coconut chaffles for breakfast and for that mid-afternoon snack along with a delicious cup of coffee.

Some people call them chaffles others said they are just waffles, but because this delicious recipe has cheese and eggs, they are  chaffless, believe whatever they name you call them, they are to die for!

Keto Cocoa and Coconut Chaffles

Yields2 Servings

 1 Egg
 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
 1 tsp stevia
 2 tbsp Almond Flour
 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
For the topping
 1 scoop of heavy cream
 1 tbsp Coconut Flour

Mix together all of your chaffle ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Preheat your waffle-maker grease with cooking spray.

Pour the mixture into your waffle maker.

Once cooked remove chaffles from maker.

Serve chaffles with coconut cream. Sprinkle some coconut flour on top.
