Keto Cocoa and Coconut Chaffles

I love making this keto cocoa and coconut chaffles for breakfast and for that mid-afternoon snack along with a delicious cup of coffee.

Some people call them chaffles others said they are just waffles, but because this delicious recipe has cheese and eggs, they are  chaffless; whatever the name you want to call them, they are to die for!

Keto Cocoa and Coconut Chaffles
Yields2 Servings
 1 Egg
 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
 1 tsp stevia
 2 tbsp Almond Flour
 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
For the topping
 1 scoop of heavy cream
 1 tbsp Coconut Flour

Mix together all of your chaffle ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Preheat your waffle-maker grease with cooking spray.

Pour the mixture into your waffle maker.

Once cooked remove chaffles from maker.

Serve chaffles with coconut cream. Sprinkle some coconut flour on top.
