Are you in the mood for a delicious chicken of beef wrap? Too bad you are on the Keto Diet, no flour tortillas or even corn tortillas are not on the menu, therefore we invite you to make those wraps you are craving with lettuce!

Lettuce? in a wrap? Oh yeah, not only there are zero carbs but I assure you, the flavors of the many ingredients inside that wrap are going to feel much better, richer, and you won't miss those tortillas at all!

Keto chicken and Bacon Lettuce Wraps

 1 head or iceberg lettuce
 1 tbsp salad dressing of your choicewe are using cilantro lime
 2 strips of bacon
 1 chicken breast
 1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
 1 tsp mashed avocado
 2 tsp diced tomatoes
 1 tsp finely chopped onion
 1 tsp chopped cilantro
 1 tsp black beans

Prepare your working place by placing the parchment paper down on your work surface.

Layer 6 to 7 large leaves of lettuce in the middle of parchment paper so that you create a lettuce base about 9 inches by 10 inches.

spread your avocado, chicken, bacon, and cheese in the center of the lettuce wrap.

Continue with the rest of the ingredients, in no particular order, we continued with our tomatoes, onions, beans and why not add more dressing!!

Starting with the end closest to you, roll the lettuce wraps jelly roll style using the parchment as your base as tight as possible.

Halfway through rolling, tuck the ends of the wraps towards the middle.

Continue to roll the lettuce wrap, keeping it as tight as possible and using the parchment paper to guide you.

When it is completely wrapped, roll the remainder of the parchment around the lettuce tightly.

Using a serrated knife, cut the lettuce wrap almost completely, leaving a small piece of the parchment intact to help hold it together.
