Bet you never thought you could make a yummy dip with this leafy green vegetable, well you can! It's perfect for gatherings and parties and we assure you it will become your go-to dip to entertain friends and family alike. This dip is loaded with mouthwatering flavors like creamy spinach, gooey cheese, and crispy bacon!
Some may not be as enticed just by hearing the word spinach, but don't bacon makes everything better, and that includes this awesome Keto Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip.
Remember there's no such thing as being stingy with this recipe, you can always add extra bacon, extra cheese, some fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish or cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Add cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder and paprika to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined well.
Throw in spinach, bacon and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, stir until combined well.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish/skillet. Then place thinly sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese on top of the dip. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake until cheese is golden and mixture is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle dip with minced fresh parsley.
Serve dip hot, with toasted baguette pieces alongside.
