KETO CHEESY OMELET WRAP RECIPE

 8 Large Eggs
 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
 1 cup chopped spinach
 1 scallion, chopped
  tsp Salt
  tsp White Pepper
 1 tbsp Avocado Oil

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl except oil.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once oil is hot, pour in 1⁄4 egg mixture and spread in pan.

Cook for about 3 Minutes

Flip and cook for another 3 Minutes until golden brown

Serve with tomato slice, scallion on top and enjoy!
