Keto One Minute Biscuit recipe

Yields4 Servings

 3 tbsp blanched almond flour
 1 tbsp coconut flour
 1 Large egg
 1 tbsp Butter, softened
 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Avocado Oil
Salt to taste

Place all the ingredients in 4 microwave-safe mug and mix with a fork until smooth

Microwave for 1 minute

Carefully remove your mug from the microwave, cover them with a plate, and turn upside down to allow the biscuits to slide from the mug onto the plate.

Cut it in half and enjoy!
