 1 lb mushrooms
 4 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 sprig fresh thyme 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
 salt
 pepper

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat. Stir in garlic.

Add the mushrooms and thyme, then season generously with salt and pepper.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden brown and tender, about 7 minutes.
